What Does Supervised Contact With Children Involve?

Supervised contact allows a parent to spend time with their child while a trained professional observes the session. Our accredited mediator team and independent contact supervisors manage every referral carefully, so both parents and the court can trust the process. Because every family’s situation differs, we offer several contact options, including private sessions, local authority referrals, and video contact.

Our Current Fees

We set out our fees clearly below, so you can compare each service and plan your budget with confidence. If you also want a written report of observations alongside private supervised contact, an additional £25 applies.

Sometimes courts or solicitors request additional written reports. Our qualified mediator team can prepare these, though the exact fee depends on complexity, and we need ten working days after payment to complete this work. Additionally, if your contact session takes place more than 45 minutes outside the Peckham or Norwood area, we add the travel fee shown above for each 45-minute period, each way.

Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, so our cancellation policy stays fair and straightforward. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we charge the full fee, minus the report fee. However, if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours beforehand, we only charge 50% of the fee. You will not pay anything if you give us 48 hours’ notice or more. All cancellations must reach us by email.
